Kumulani Ocean View Cottage

You will love the setting at this peaceful Ocean View Cottage and the famous Keawekapu Beach is located just 1.5 miles down the hill. The Shops at Wailea and many other beautiful Wailea and Kihei Beaches are within a couple minutes drive. The property is perched above Wailea at about 1000 ft elevation. The streets are quiet in this lovely neighborhood and all properties are on 1/2 acre lots. The cottage has one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bathroom, a full kitchen, covered parking, a washer and dryer and all furnishings and fairly new paint. There is wireless internet , AC (in the bedroom) and a TV, DVD player and a VRC (there is no cable) Off the front of the cottage there is a deck overlooking the beautiful yard and the ocean! The yard has got many flowers and fruit trees! This is a great alternative to a condo and at a great price.

Check In is at 3:00PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM

Rates:
Regular season Jan 5 to Dec 15 $115 per night or $800 per week.
Holiday season Dec 15 to Jan 5 (Thanksgiving too) $130 per night or $910 per week.

Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival (or earlier) will be in full. After 60 days, we will need to re rent the property for your dates before we refund back to you. Thanks.
