On the slopes of Haleakala and above Wailea this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath main home and the cozy detached 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage is peacefully located in a lush tropical setting on a landscaped ½ acre. It is only 1.5 miles to Keawekapu Beach in Wailea and several other Wailea Beaches are just minutes away. There are beautiful views of the ocean and the mountain, the island of Lanai, and Kaaholawe. All year round you can watch the sunsets across the horizon.

The main home has many upgrades, including granite and tile in the kitchen and glass block in the bathrooms. On the North side of the home, by the front entry there is a Koi fish pond. There is another enterance in the center of the two buildings (the main house)and there is a little waterfall and a couple small ponds. Often there are baby Koi in the one small pond. The home is built in two buildings and there is a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a 900 sq ft flagstone deck attaching the two buildings. In the main home, 3 of the bedrooms open on to the deck/pool. A flagstone breezeway attaches the main house to the "pool side" bedroom, bath and laundry room, all ocean view! The house has a very island outdoor apeal. There are shoji windows in the "pool side" bedroom that open to the Mountain view. The other side of the room has a view of the ocean/island of Lanai.

The main home sleeps 8 in beds and the cottage sleeps another 2.

Cottage - Queen and blow- up Queen

The sunset views are lovely all year long and the Mountain (Haleakala) views are outstanding as the mountain is all you see from the back decks! The property line in the back of the home is against a 22,000 acre private ranch. This property is ultra private and has a real country feel. The Shops at Wailea are within a 3 or 4 minute drive. There are many fantastic resturants and there is great shopping there!

You can then make a deposit on the site with a major credit card unless other arrangements were made, and this will reserve your dates.
